The Target of the Training: Reviewing traffic accidents and the incidents that occur in traffic is challenging because it requires knowledge on drivers, vehicles and traffic. While the results of accident investigation and root cause analysis are very important to prevent occurrence of similar accidents, the process analyzes conducted to determine what has actually happened in an accident are a critical resource for ensuring continuous improvement in strategies, policies, standards and procedures at a business enterprise. The target of the training is to ensure that the teams, which will conduct traffic accident investigation and root cause analysis as a special field, will gain capability to manage all processes in a systematic way.
