Driving Competence (Recruitment) Assessment

Purpose: Determining the "Road and Traffic Safety" levels of the drivers of the companies in terms of their driving habits. Assessing their ability to drive the allocated vehicle safely according to the determined objective criteria, and taking a decision whether the person may drive a company vehicle safely.
Target: To prevent traffic accidents and zero fatality/injury accidents.
Method: The candidates that will drive a vehicle due to their job, that will be hired and/or will start driving due to job change are assessed and reported by our specialized trainers in terms of their technical driving skills in real traffic environment, compliance with traffic rules and driving properly and safely according to road/traffic conditions. It is conducted in the form of one-on-one (in traffic) driving assessment.
Duration: One-on-one driving in traffic takes maximum ?30 minutes depending upon traffic conditions.

Assessment Output:
? The assessment conducted based on the driving assessment report is presented to the company.
