Night Driving / Driver Fatigue Awareness Training

Purpose: To share the importance of drivers being physically and mentally ready for every ride. Enabling them to become aware of the sleep and fatigue that they will experience while driving, and teaching them the necessary safe behaviors to avoid this situation.
Target: To prevent traffic accidents and zero fatality/injury accidents.
Method: It consists of theoretical training.
Duration: 1.5 Hours theoretical training

Basic Outcomes for the Participant:
? Understanding the importance of being mentally and physically ready for driving
? Understanding the difference between driver's fatigue and driver's lack of sleep
? Understanding the negative effects of driver's fatigue and driver's lack of sleep on safe driving
? Understanding the difference between fatigue and lack of sleep between night driving and day driving
? Understanding the importance of driving planning and planning the break times

? Training certificate awarded to participants
